Because each item is made from scratch, production takes a bit longer. Once your item is sent to production, the full timeline from production to delivery is typically 2–3 weeks.

After production is complete, shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking will be emailed once your package is on the way.

📍 Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! Local pick-up at Run Club will be available for certain items. If an item qualifies for pick-up, you’ll see that option at checkout.

🔄 Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations must be made before your item is sent to production, since each piece is custom-made. Once it’s sent to production we can no longer offer refunds as these items are made to order. Kindly respect the proper deadlines to ensure you’re satisfied with your order.

❌ What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.

👕 What’s the sizing like?
Please refer to the sizing guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually best for activewear.
